Jaclyn Fu is the Co-founder & Co-CEO of Pepper, an intimate apparel brand for unapologetically small-chested women. Pepper was inspired by Jaclyn’s own experience of feeling ‘not enough’ as a small-chested woman which led her on a mission to rally the IBTC to embrace the ‘flat’ in flattering. Pepper was born as a 470% Kickstarter campaign in 2017, and since then has become one of the internet’s most viral DTC e-commerce brands — without traditional VC funding. Jaclyn is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, and has also been featured in Inc Magazine, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, New York Times and more. Jaclyn is also a level 2 sommelier.
