He brings extensive experience in the global footwear industry, driving digital growth and innovation across Crocs, Converse, Reebok, and adidas, with a track record of scaling omnichannel performance and accelerating digital revenue. Earlier in his career, Tommy also co-founded Trident Growth Partners, a digital growth agency later acquired by Hawke Media.
