Pricing & Discounts

Solution Providers who register as a Retailer / Brand rate will be denied entry when you arrive at the conference and we will refund your money. WBR will not responsible for your travel related expenses.

Stuff you really need to know:

  • All Others Include: Any service provider to retail organizations or brands - Including software vendors, internet developers, technology vendors, solution providers, third party logistics providers, consultants or companies with primary revenues resulting from commissions, subscriptions and/or advertising. It also includes Marketplace arms of retailers.  Worldwide Business Research reserves the right to enforce the rate for Venture Capitalists and All Others.
  • Venture Capital and Investors Include: Venture capital firms, private equity firms, and others engaged in the sole purpose of funding startups and private retailers. 
  • All registrations will be reviewed for the correct rate and will not be admitted to event if they do not pay the correct rate. We will not be responsible for travel costs if you do not wish to pay the correct rate.
  • If you represent more than one company, and one of those companies is a non-retailer, you will be charged the non-retailer rate.  
  • All Others, Venture Capital and Investors will not receive access to the event app until the Friday before the event.

  • Discounts: Discounted rates are on offer only to retailers and brands. This excludes Venture Capitalists and Non-Retailers.
  • Accommodation is not included in the above price packages, but we have secured a special discount rate at the hotel for our attendees. Once registered, you will receive your hotel discount code from our customer service department.
  • Is your company speaking at eTail Palm Springs? Register with code SPEAKER and receive an additional 20% off your ticket. Speaker company discounts cannot be used in conjunction with group discounts
  • A 6.35% sales tax will be added for Connecticut Residents.
  • Our Customer Service team is available Monday-Thursday 9am - 5:30pm and Friday 9am – 3:30pm.
