Nicklaus Hasselberg is the Vice President of Performance Marketing and E-Commerce at Every Man Jack, overseeing paid media, direct-to-consumer, and omnichannel marketplaces. In his time at EMJ, Nick has led the company's strategic shift from a B&M-focused business to an omnichannel brand, driving double-digit digital penetration. Most recently, he was honored as a Direct 60 finalist, recognizing the top 60 executives mastering the business of brands in 2025. With past roles at WPP, Harman, and Ghost Tequila, he has focused on delivering data-driven insights and transformational change to brands large and small. Nick lives in San Francisco with his wife Emily and sons Nathaniel and Gabriel.
