Roshni is a DTC and Analytics leader, with extensive experience in crafting & executing highly successful omni-channel marketing and customer retention strategies using Data Science. As Senior Director DTC, Analytics & Strategy at Unilever Prestige, Roshni is responsible for building analytics driven segmentation and targeting strategies to increase customer retention and life time value for global brands. Prior to Unilever, Roshni held executive leadership role at Peak Performance, a marketing solutions provider running analytics based customer retention programs for major automotive brands in the US. She also held various leadership roles with marketing agencies and technology companies like Oracle. Roshni holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
