Michael McCluskey is the Vice President of Marketplace at Lowe’s, where he drives the vision, strategy, and growth of the company’s digital marketplace, bringing third-party sellers seamlessly into the Lowes.com experience. He leads a high-performing, cross-functional team responsible for seller acquisition and management, operations, trust and safety, and platform optimization. With a sharp focus on innovation, customer and seller satisfaction, and sustainable growth, Michael is shaping the future of Lowe’s marketplace. He joined the company in 2024.

A seasoned e-commerce and retail leader, Michael has held senior roles at Petco, Coupang (based in Seoul, South Korea), Walmart eCommerce, Jet.com, and Amazon. His career spans multiple continents, giving him a truly global perspective and a proven ability to build customer-centric digital experiences at scale. Passionate about connecting great products with the people who need them, Michael blends strategic vision with operational excellence. He is a graduate of Georgetown University, where he earned his degree in International Politics.
