Paul Acito is a global business leader with three decades of experience across technology, health care, industrial, and safety sectors, including senior roles at 3M and Medtronic. He led four multibillion-dollar divisions at 3M, served as the company’s worldwide Chief Marketing Officer, and later headed marketing for Medtronic’s Diabetes Business. With more than a decade living and working in Brussels, Bangkok, and Tokyo, he brings a distinctly international perspective. Paul serves on multiple nonprofit and academic boards, including long-time roles with the Penumbra Theatre and Indiana University’s Kelley School Global Dean’s Council, and holds 11 patents and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He is currently CEO of Lyftbridge Innovation, teaches at three major universities, and is an active founder in AI-driven start-ups, living in St. Paul with his wife Margaret and their three sons.
