Ujjwal Dhoot is Divisional President of Allivet, a Tractor Supply Company and a leading online pet pharmacy serving pet parents across the United States. In this role, Ujjwal is responsible for leading Allivet’s integration into the Tractor Supply ecosystem and driving the continued growth of its direct-to-consumer and B2B pharmacy platforms to expand access to pet medications and support lifelong pet health through innovation and customer-centric solutions. Ujjwal joined Allivet as Chief Executive Officer in 2022, and he led the strategic acquisition of the company by Tractor Supply in 2024. He played a critical role in aligning Allivet’s capabilities with Tractor Supply’s long-term vision, overseeing the execution of the transaction, operational readiness, and post-acquisition integration. Prior to Allivet, Ujjwal served as Chief Marketing Officer at DXL Group (NASDAQ: DXLG), where he led all brand, performance marketing and digital functions, delivering a turnaround in the business and driving sustained growth. He also held senior leadership roles at Private Equity and Venture backed firms including Health-E Commerce, Charming Charlie, 20x200, and PetCareRx.com, where he built high-performing teams and scaled digital, growth, marketing, and product operations. Ujjwal earned his MBA in Marketing from Syracuse University.
