Currently serving as Vice President of Ecommerce & Performance Marketing at Carve Designs, Megan oversees the brand’s DTC ecommerce and Amazon channels, delivering data-driven strategies that boost revenue and optimize conversion rates. Previously, Megan led growth initiatives at REEF and managed global digital marketing for Amer Sports brands like Salomon and Arc'teryx. She began her career at Oakley, where she managed sports marketing for international athletes and played a pivotal role in Olympic sponsorships. A former Division I volleyball player at Santa Clara University and an Ironman triathlete, Megan balances her professional life with her role as a mother of two, always striving for excellence in both arenas.
