Nathalie Banker brings with her more than 20 years of Communications experience. In her current role as Head of Communications & Advocacy for North America, No7 Beauty Company, Nathalie oversees all public relations, influencer marketing and advocacy programs for the organization. With a vast array of past work experiences consisting of both notable agencies like Weber Shandwick and Porter Novelli, as well as in-house for well-known cosmetic companies including L'Oreal and Dermalogica, Nathalie understands the importance of developing strong relationships cross-functionally with internal departments and external agency partners. With a passion for thinking creatively outside-of-the-box, Nathalie is able to strategically connect the dots to create 360 campaigns that drive positive impact, deliver results, and grow consumer demand. Nathalie graduated from Boston College majoring in Communications, and is based in Connecticut.
