He previously served as General Manager of DTC at Los Angeles Apparel, where he launched the brand’s eCommerce business and led it through triple-digit growth during a highly dynamic market cycle. Elton brings a rare combination of creative leadership and operational rigor. His background spans executive roles at Nasty Gal, James Perse, Kellwood, and advisory roles with brands like Wildfox, Miranda Lambert, and Capezio. He has repeatedly built and restructured marketing organizations, launched integrated tech and retail ecosystems, and positioned brands to evolve from transactional to emotional engagement with their customers.
