Morgan Kaye is a seasoned marketing leader with over 20 years of experience driving brand impact through the power of influencer storytelling. Based in Seattle, she currently leads Influencer Marketing at Chewy, where she focuses on building meaningful connections between pet parents and the brand through authentic creator partnerships.
Morgan began her career in her hometown of New York City, working with entertainment giants Paramount and DreamWorks before transitioning into digital marketing at Mode Media, where she honed her expertise across influencer, social, experiential, and partnership channels. She went on to become VP of Influencer Marketing at ACTIVATE by Impact, leading campaigns for iconic brands including Nike, H&M, Gucci, and Nordstrom.
Her path from agency to brand side took her to Los Angeles, where she served as Senior Director of Influencer + Social at Dollar Shave Club, earning recognition as one of Business Insider’s Top 17 Influencer Marketing Executives and as an AdWeek CMO Mentee. Morgan later led brand marketing efforts at Feals and Curology, combining data-driven strategy with an empathetic, human approach to brand storytelling.
Throughout her career, Morgan has partnered with brands such as Dove, Marshalls, Live Tinted, and Beautyblender, helping them build credibility, trust, and emotional connection through the influencer space. When she’s not scrolling social media, Morgan enjoys life in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and their two French Bulldogs.
