In this role, Ryan leads Customer Success, Services and Support, whose mission is to deliver unmatched customer value to the retailers Bluecore serves by helping them maximize the impact of audience and catalogue data to identify their best customers and keep them for life. Ryan spent several years leading personalization at Sears and invested more than 20 years in the scalable use of technology in the Retail and Hospitality industries to engage, acquire and grow customer relationships, including at technology providers like Persado and StrongView.
