Table 7: Grow Faster: Converting D2C Momentum into a High Performing Wholesale Channel

Every brand wants more loyal customers - but loyalty doesn’t have to stop at the individual shopper. As acquisition costs rise and D2C growth flattens, the most forward-thinking brands are turning to wholesale as their next breakthrough channel. Why sell to one customer at a time when you can empower partners who bring you hundreds or thousands and allow your loyal customers to buy anywhere?

In this roundtable, we’ll dig into how brands can extend their existing D2C/B2C strengths into a scalable wholesale model that accelerates revenue, expands reach, and builds long-term defensibility. We’ll explore how to identify- the right wholesale opportunities, stand up a channel quickly, and - most importantly - how to adapt your existing loyalty programs to turn wholesale buyers into high frequency, -high value- partners.

If you’re ready to grow beyond the one customer- at- a- -time model, this is the conversation for you.

Post-purchase is one of the most underutilized levers for retention, loyalty, and lifetime value. Yet many retailers still treat shipping, tracking, and returns as transactional moments instead of strategic touchpoints.

Expect an open, peer-driven conversation focused on what’s working, what’s not, and where retailers see the biggest opportunity to shift spend from acquisition to retention.

Attendees will walk away with practical ideas, real-world examples, and fresh perspectives on how post-purchase can become a competitive advantage.
