Nicole is an accomplished CX and insights leader with extensive experience driving a culture of consumer empathy to transform how brands serve consumers. Over 15 years at Nike, she held senior roles leading insights' and analytics' teams including for the North America Men’s business, as well as building the UX research practice for Nike Direct to become its first global CX Insights leader. Today, she has a consulting practice delivering consumer research and CX strategy for clients like Toast, the leading B2B POS system, and Marine Layer, the California based clothing brand. Nicole has a love for sports, the arts and all things pop culture.
