Henry Spear is a strategic retail and ecommerce leader with 20 years of experience scaling high-growth consumer brands and elevating digital performance at global enterprises. He is currently Senior Vice President of Digital and Customer Care at JD Sports North America, where he oversees the digital P&L across Finish Line, JD Sports, and Finish Line at Macy’s. Henry leads digital marketing, merchandising, CX, and operations, and has delivered major gains in conversion, retention, and marketing efficiency through customer-focused innovation.
Previously, Henry served as President of North America at Gymshark, where he built and led the region’s organization and drove strong top-line growth through expanded brand awareness in the United States. Earlier roles at Faherty Brand and Tory Burch deepened his expertise in merchandising, planning, and omnichannel strategy, while foundational experience at Gap, J.Crew and the Boston Consulting Group strengthened his analytical and operational approach.
