Shelby Colley is a brand and marketing leader with nearly 15 years of experience in food and beverage, specializing in building values-driven brands that resonate with customers, drive revenue, and create real impact. She currently serves as Vice President of Marketing at Equator Coffees, a Bay Area-based B Corp known for its commitment to sustainability, equity, and exceptional coffee. Shelby has led marketing efforts across beloved brands including Peet’s Coffee and Vivino, building strategies that connect purpose with performance. Her career has spanned launching high-growth subscription models, leading brand refreshes, scaling teams, and developing customer engagement across both digital and brick-and-mortar channels. She’s passionate about connecting strategy with soul, and helping teams grow with clarity, kindness, and high expectations. She also serves as Secretary on the Global Board of the International Women’s Coffee Alliance (IWCA), supporting gender equity and leadership across the global coffee industry.
