Amber Jackson

Amber Jackson is the CEO of Hype & Harvest, a firm offering leadership coaching, organizational learning, and strategy solutions to support the success of rising leaders and executives at product-based businesses. With a heart and mind for changemakers, Amber supports ambitious leaders to cultivate an authentic leadership style that integrates profits, people, and purpose as they grow succesful eCommerce brands.

Amber is zealous about nurturing a growth mindset and the power of coaching to create transformative experiences for her clients. Her work through Hype & Harvest is based on her 20+ years of experience leading successful teams at globally recognized CPG brands. She most recently led as Head of eCommerce & DTC at FIJI Water and previously held leadership roles at Warner Bros. (now Warner Bros. Discovery), Disney, and Johnson & Johnson. Amber holds an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in English from Carnegie Mellon University.
