Haley Nemann

Director of eCommerce EVERAND

Haley joined EVERAND in late 2018 as the Director of eCommerce. EVERAND advocates for a world of change through the support of refugee women. Partnering with Refugee One, EVERAND commissions women who have recently resettled in Chicago to sew all of the unique home accent products sold on their website. In her role as eCommerce Director, Haley is responsible for all aspects of building and growing the DTC business.

Prior to EVERAND Haley was at CROCS, Inc for 8 years as the Global Digital Experience Director. In her role there, she directed the domestic and international eCommerce user experience strategies for the 12 CROCS global websites.  She was also responsible for driving the optimization and personalization strategy for the business. 

Prior to CROCS, INC, Haley Spent 10 years working at advertising agencies in the Denver area. Her past achievements include award-winning websites for clients such as Audi of America, Brine, Oakley, Paramount Pictures & more.
