Melissa Feeney is a data science leader with over nine years of experience designing, developing, and operationalizing advanced machine learning, NLP, and predictive modeling systems that power real-world business impact. As Director of Data Science at Roller Rabbit, she was recruited to build and lead the brand’s first data science function in its 20-year history- establishing a data-driven roadmap, deploying full-stack AI applications, and engineering customer intelligence systems that have transformed how the company measures, predicts, and drives growth. Previously, at PVH Corp., the parent company of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, Melissa developed and scaled enterprise-grade AI models across marketing, product development, and planning, including LLM-based text analytics, customer segmentation across 30M+ records, and fraud detection systems that identified over half a million dollars in ecommerce risk. A communicator fluent in both technical and strategic domains, she is passionate about translating complex AI and data insights into clear, actionable strategies that accelerate innovation and empower organizations to make smarter, evidence-based decisions.
