As Chief Revenue Officer, Elysa leads Burton's global revenue organization across digital, retail, wholesale, and revenue operations. In this role, she drives the company's multi-channel growth strategy—strengthening each region's capabilities in digital and retailing, advancing customer insights and data-driven decisions, and deepening the connection between the brand and the global snowboard community. Before joining Burton, Elysa spent over a decade at Giant Bicycles, including seven years as General Manager of Giant USA, the company's largest regional subsidiary. She also serves on the Board of Directors for HLC Corp, a leading bicycle parts and accessories distributor, and has previously served on the boards of Snowsports Industries America, People for Bikes, and other key industry organizations. Originally from Southern California, Elysa holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Pepperdine University. A passionate snowboarder, mountain biker, and outdoor enthusiast, she has traded the coast for the Green Mountains and proudly calls Vermont home.
