Senior Vice President, Advancement St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC

Lyles serves as Senior Vice President of Development for ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®. Through her leadership, Lyles oversees Relational Advancement, a team dedicated to relationship-based fundraising in support of the St. Jude mission. She is responsible for developing and driving the team's comprehensive vision, growth strategy, fundraising initiatives, and awareness efforts. Her team leads engagement across high-value and high-wealth donors, bequest giving, corporate partnerships, executive and employee engagement programs, and enterprise-wide collaboration opportunities. Lyles brings extensive experience leading successful fundraising and development organizations for nationally recognized nonprofits, including the American Cancer Society and the ALS Association. Her expertise includes building integrated fundraising teams, diversifying revenue streams, managing multi-year strategic partnerships, leading capital campaigns, and producing high-impact events. Prior to joining ALSAC, she helped develop a sustainable multi-year giving strategy for the ALS Association that more than doubled revenue generation over a five-year period.
