A seasoned consumer executive with more than 20 years of experience, Sabeen has built and scaled high-growth brands across e-commerce, subscription, retail, and omni-channel.
Prior to Performance Beauty Group, Sabeen served as President of Beauty Pie and spent eight years on the senior leadership team at IPSY, helping scale the beauty membership business to more than 3 million subscribers and $1 billion in revenue. Throughout her career, she has focused on combining deep customer insight, digital innovation, and operational discipline to build enduring consumer brands.
Sabeen holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Duke University.
