With over 20 years of experience producing conferences, she has launched multiple event portfolios from the ground up and now specializes in the retail sector. In her role she leads content strategy, speaker acquisition, and overall portfolio growth. Kristin lives on the North Fork of Long Island with her husband, three daughters, and their dog, Riley.

Elizabeth Robillard is the eTail Portfolio Director, focusing year-round on the flagship eTail events in Palm Springs and Boston. With nearly a decade of experience in market research and event organization in the retail and financial sectors, Elizabeth has co-produced eTail Palm Springs since 2021. Elizabeth thrives on engaging with industry executives and fostering meaningful connections. She relishes the opportunity to take the stage at conferences, where she excels as a panel moderator and emcee. When not immersed in the world of eCommerce conferences, she calls Queens home, sharing her space with her cat, Wednesday.

Zainab Hayat is a Portfolio Director producing retail industry events at WBR. Since 2016, she has curated event programming exploring retail experience, talent strategy, and omnichannel innovation. Zainab brings nearly a decade of experience in event programming and market research to create meaningful forums for leaders to exchange bold ideas and push forward on shared passions. Zainab lives in Manhattan and can often be found accompanied by her Chihuahua mix on their city adventures.

Now living in San Francisco, Michelle has been selling the WBR eCommerce Portfolio for 13 years and stays super busy with her two young daughters. Michelle looks after the Sponsorship and Exhibition sales.

When he's not BBQing or hanging out with his new pup in the South Carolina sun, you can find Chet calling on clients old and new. The self-proclaimed "King of eTail" has been selling on the program since 2001.
