Where is Search headed? Be it Retail, Media, Web search, the patterns emerging tell the same story—that we are not ready. Most Search systems, as they work today, will not be able to serve the customers for the searches she will be doing two years from now. There are tons of searches already happening that most e-retailers are not handling efficiently. Simply put, text search is not prepared to handle the future. Bhawana Katiyar asks:
