Ramiya Iyer is a transformative technology leader with over 25 years of experience driving innovation in e-commerce, omnichannel, and business systems. As the Senior Vice President of Technology Applications at Albertsons Companies, she leads digital, data, and corporate systems, spearheading major initiatives like cloud migration, agile transformations, and a sevenfold expansion of digital platforms. Her leadership has earned industry recognition, including Progressive Grocer’s ‘Top Woman in Grocery’ and Chain Store Age’s ‘Top Woman in Retail Technology.’

Previously, Ramiya held senior roles at Levi Strauss & Co., Walmart.com, and SamsClub.com, where she built and scaled global e-commerce platforms and personalized consumer experiences. Beyond work, she co-founded charitable initiatives, serves on nonprofit boards, and is an Assistant Scoutmaster in her community.
