John Yesko

Sr. Director Walgreens

John Yesko is a veteran user experience and creative professional with roots in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design. He is currently Senior Director of Experience Design at Walgreens in Chicago, responsible for the digital experience on Walgreens websites, consumer mobile apps, and in-store interfaces. In addition, he leads a growing Service Design practice, aimed at optimizing the customer and employee experience in our 8000+ stores. He previously held UX leadership positions in a number of consulting practices, including Roundarch/Isobar, Fry, and Closerlook.
