Victor Castro is the General Manager at ByHeart. ByHeart is disrupting the infant formula space with a new formula that is actually new - launching the first FDA approved infant formula factory in the U.S. in the last 20 years, and the first of its kind FDA approved formulation in this century.

Until last August, Victor was the Vice President of Growth at Bonafide Health. Bonafide is a hyper-growth startup in the women's health space, focusing on supporting women through all symptoms of menopause. Victor architected and delivered over 500% growth during his 3 year tenure, managing through major changes such as a global pandemic and the iOS14 update - relentlessly seeking new customer and LTV growth.

Before Bonafide, Victor was the Director of Digital Strategy at Zachys Wine International. Zachys Fine Wine is the leading purveyor of fine wine in the country, and Zachys Auctions is the world's premier wine auction house; offering live auctions in New York, California, Hong Kong, now Washington D.C., as well as online-only auctions to collectors worldwide. Zachys also provides fine wine storage to consumers and collectors alike through it's Zachys Fine Wine subsidiary with locations in New York and Washington D.C.

Prior to joining Zachys, Victor was Director of E-Commerce at The Vermont Teddy Bear Co. and its sister brands PajamaGram, Calyx Flowers, and PajamaJeans. Ranked as a Top 250 Internet Retailer, Vermont Teddy Bear is a leader in the gift industry and a well-regarded organization in the direct response and digital marketing space.

Since 2007, Victor has been a speaker and active contributor in the digital marketing and e-commerce space; and he has over 15 years of experience in leading digital operations, developing strategies and driving initiatives to generate growth and increase efficiency. Victor has served on the board of directors for privately held companies providing advice and strategic direction. Victor also provides consulting services to top retailers nationwide.
