Todd Kozan

SVP, Global Customer Success BlueConic

Todd leads BlueConic’s customer success management team. He is a solutions-focused business leader with a strong background in customer success, strategy consulting, and program management across various industries and Fortune 500 corporations, including technology, financial services, telecommunication, retail, automotive, and nonprofit. Most recently, he was at Acquia, where he led a team of digital strategists, marketing cloud consultants, and technical account managers. Prior to Acquia, he was at Forrester Research as a principal consultant in the digital business consulting practice. Todd was also at Sapient, where he was a global delivery lead and worked as a director of program management. He also held roles at IBM in the Business Consulting Services and Software Group divisions. Before his corporate experience, he was a professional stage and screen actor. Todd graduated from the University of Calgary, Canada, and is also a graduate of the Institute for Advanced Theatre at Harvard University.
