Tom co-founded Marqo while he was a graduate student at the University of Cambridge. Under Tom's leadership, Marqo has raised funding from top tier investors such as Lightspeed, Blackbird VC, January Capital. Before founding Marqo, Tom worked as a software engineer for AWS, where he contributed to the development of customer-facing features for Amazon's fully managed Relational Database Service (RDS).
