Stacy Ban

Director, Talent Acquisition Gap Inc.

Stacy Ban is Director of Talent Acquisition for Athleta, a Gap Inc brand based in San Francisco.  She is responsible for leading and shaping brand talent acquisition strategies.  She leads a team of recruiters responsible for full lifecycle recruitment for all creative, digital, product + brand experience teams. Her team is dedicated to attracting and acquiring great talent to unleash creativity and drive innovation.  

Stacy is a member of the Human Resources Leadership Team at Athleta and the Gap Inc Talent Acquisition Leadership Team.  As a brand and enterprise leader, she leads through vision and values. Prior to her role at Athleta, Stacy recruited for all functions across Gap Global Online; including marketing, creative services, web production and buying.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
