Sophie Baer serves as Director of Retention at Win Brands Group, where she leads retention strategy across the ecommerce holding company’s growing portfolio of category-leading consumer brands including Homesick (scented candles and home fragrance), QALO (silicone wedding rings and accessories), and Gravity (the original weighted blanket). In her unique role as a channel lead on Win’s Shared Services team, Sophie oversees CRM management, email marketing, SMS marketing, and lead generation, and collaborates across marketing channels to focus on improving and increasing LTV, AOV, and CVR to ultimately ladder up to each brand’s big picture business goals. Sophie’s role at Win and wealth of email, SMS, and acquisition expertise is steeped in a series of senior roles at retention and performance marketing agencies and ESPs including Tinuiti and iContact. Sophie is based in North Carolina with her husband and three dogs.
