Sandy Fu Johnson is the Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Director for Dermalogica. Sandy has 25 years of experience in marketing, most of it in the beauty industry, working for agencies, brands, and ten years running her own consulting firm. Her expertise includes optimizing operations, creating and implementing direct-to-consumer strategies, and using data to drive YOY growth. Sandy’s passion for marketing is driven by her creativity and understanding of the consumer. She’s inspired by industry’s rapid evolution, its potential to inform and connect, and its influence on the entire customer journey from order to delivery. She is a team player, a mentor, and is passionate about technology-driven marketing initiatives. Sandy has a degree in Bachelor of Science in Marketing from California State University Long Beach. When she has free time, she loves to throw parties for her friends, family and neighbors. She lives in Torrance, Calif. with her husband, daughter, and their dog Po.
