Ron Harries is Vice President, Head of Retail for Fabletics. A TechStyle Fashion Group brand & Co-founded by Kate Hudson, Fabletics offers high-quality fashion forward activewear for women at great prices. As a 30-year veteran of the retail business, Ron began his career at Sears in 1987. He has helped develop & deploy successful Omnichannel strategies at multiple companies, & is driven to help pioneer technology that simply enhances the overall experience for all of Fabletics Members & Guests. While Ron has years of experience leading business units in excess of a billion dollars, he notes that the highlight of his job is spending one-on-one time with Members, Guests & Associates, adding that there is no better way to get honest feedback than to personally ask the person who is giving you the opportunity to serve them.
