Ricky Joshi is Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Saatva, the leading online luxury mattress brand. Founded in 2010, Saatva sells ultra-premium, eco-friendly mattresses and furnishings, with concierge delivery and installation, for a fraction of retail price. At Saatva, Joshi has been responsible for building the marketing infrastructure from the ground up, driving the company to over $200M in annual revenue. Currently he leads Saatva's national retail store rollout, product expansion, PR, partnerships, and all other strategic planning efforts.
Prior to founding Saatva, Joshi started Sky Social Media, one of the earliest social media agencies, where he developed Facebook apps and microsites for many of the world’s most prominent brands, including Men’s Wearhouse, Norton Anti-Virus, and McDonald’s. As a veteran of Web 2.0 and the social media revolution, Joshi spearheaded business development at the Interpublic Group and led the company's $2.5M Series C investment (2006) in Facebook. Joshi holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree with honors from Dartmouth College.
