Director, Digital Merchandising & Operations Lands’ End
Rebecca serves as the Director of Digital Merchandising & Operations at Lands’ End, where she is responsible for driving sales and conversion, using an intuitive merchandising and a customer-centric approach, along with optimizing internal site search, product recommendations, SEO, and personalization. In her current role she oversees digital merchandising for the direct-to-consumer e-commerce business, Lands’ End Business Outfitters, Amazon & marketplace, and developing the omni-channel experience for the Lands’ End customer. Before joining Lands’ End Rebecca served in various roles at Kohl’s, including digital merchandising, merchandise presentation, and store management, at a time when the company was rapidly expanding their retail stores’ and e-commerce businesses. Outside of Lands’ End, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and three girls.
