Pooja Sethi is the SVP/GM Resale-as-a-Service (RaaS) at thredUP. In her role, Pooja oversees thredUP’s Resale-as-a-Service program, which leverages thredUP's custom-built technology and infrastructure to help leading brands and retailers participate in a more sustainable future for fashion by delivering resale experiences to their customers. Prior to thredUP, Pooja was the VP and GM of International and Outlet for Old Navy, where she was responsible for Old Navy’s growing International and Outlet business consisting of 275+ stores in Canada, Mexico, China, and the brand’s Outlet and digital business as well as its franchise strategy. Pooja has also held various roles in supply chain management and corporate finance and budgeting. She is a globally-minded leader and has previously lived and worked in India, Spain, France, China and the UK and speaks more than four languages. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and lives in Oakland, CA with her husband and daughter.
