Polly Gleneck, Director of Customer Engagement and Strategic Partnerships, comes from a tenured background of working closely with suppliers, distributors, product content champions and everything in between. Polly’s expertise includes, but is not limited to, customer pain and engagement, advocacy, lead generation, and organizing both internal and external teams to support the product content journey. In addition to being a leader in customer delivery, Polly has a depth of experience from navigating strategic partnerships with Amazon and Google. Most recently, Polly built (from the ground up) Edgenet Academy – a monthly user summit designed to drive customer engagement with the goal of delighting our clients and driving revenue. Edgenet Academy has been the top lead-generating program at Edgenet to date, providing continuous ROI to over a thousand attendees. She also established a Customer Advisory Board made of Edgenet veteran evangelists. Over the past three years, Polly has found her passion in helping suppliers, distributors, and retailers find the value in robust product content management and personalization.
