Nadia Conti

Director, CRM & Loyalty Vera Bradley

Nadia Conti is the Director of CRM and Loyalty at Vera Bradley with responsibility for Customer Analytics and Data Science, Consumer Insights and Marketing Research, Customer Engagement Strategy and Loyalty.  Prior to joining Vera Bradley in 2016, she worked in CRM for Soma Intimates, White House Black Market and American Eagle Outfitters.  

Nadia is a strategist that is highly proficient at turning concepts into actions. She leads cross-functional business partners in decision-making through effective planning, strategy and marketing analytics by providing insights and answers to key business questions and hypotheses regarding customers, sales, and marketing promotions. 

Nadia has a degree from Purdue University in Management.  She currently lives in Indiana with her husband Russell, their 8 year old son Luciano, and two feisty cats. In her free time, Nadia loves to travel, entertain at home, be involved with her community, attend trivia game nights, read and watch her son play.
