Luke is a Lead UX Designer for REI Co-op, crafting and optimizing successful user-centered digital experiences across the co-op’s customer touch points. As Lead UX Designer, Luke is focused on researching and evolving the way in which the co-op’s members and customers navigate and engage with the full co-op offering, establishing governance to align digital experiences, and unify brand perception. Luke brings deep design knowledge and strong collaboration to create and influence strategic approaches to customer solutions, and effective designs that balance business, technical, and user needs. Outside of REI, Luke is an avid rock climber, skier, and cyclist.
