Kevin Drost is Chief Strategy Officer at Reverb, a leading online marketplace for buying and selling musical instruments and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Etsy. Since 2013, Reverb has grown into a vibrant community of millions of buyers and sellers all over the world as well as one of the top companies making an impact on the music industry according to Fast Company's 2019 List of the World's Most Innovative Companies. In his position, Kevin drives strategic growth initiatives, leads global business development, and manages the sales, retail, and fulfillment teams. Kevin began his career at Sony Music Entertainment in London and New York City before joining Velour Music Group and, eventually, founding Zealous Records. After completing his MBA from New York University, he transitioned into consulting—focused on growth, marketing, and product development for a range of Fortune 500 media, entertainment, and technology firms—before becoming an early member of the Reverb team.
