Ken Pilot

Ken Pilot is a seasoned Retail executive with operating experience consisting of C-level roles at Gap Inc., J Crew, Ralph Lauren, American Eagle and ABC Carpet and Home. He now operates Ken Pilot Ventures, a strategic advisory and venture investment company focused on building better Retail experiences for today’s customers and associates. Ken is also the creator and host of The Retail Pilot, a podcast with weekly episodes featuring one-on-one interviews with the Leaders & Legends of the Retail industry. Guests include Mickey Drexler, Andrea Weiss, Chris Burch, Mindy Grossman, Gary Scheinbaum, Nadia Boujarwah, Andy Dunn, Sandra Campos, Ramy Sharp, Marc Metrick, Joey Zwillinger and Jennifer Fisher. Ken graduated from Colgate University, majoring in History and Art History. He resides in New York City with his wife and his dog, Crash, and has three grown children. Ken is a Padel enthusiast, passionate landscaper, and former marathoner.
