Kelly McLean joined Exchange Solutions, a personalized loyalty solutions provider for retail brands, in 2019. As Director of Marketing, her role oversees all aspects of corporate marketing and communications for the company. Prior to joining Exchange Solutions, Kelly has held several marketing roles developing successful engagement and loyalty initiatives in partnership with brands such as Groupon, Marathon, Dominos, American Airlines, Loblaw Companies, Hilton Hotels and American Express. With more than 15 years of loyalty program management and optimization experience, Kelly truly understands how the right loyalty strategy can benefit both the customer and the business bottom line.
