Dr. Kathrin Hamm is a former economist who spent much of her early career at the World Bank. After her on-the-road lifestyle began to take a toll on her sleep, she struggled to find natural remedies –– until she was introduced to weighted blankets. Kathrin fell in love with the feeling of sleeping under weight, but when searching for high quality, sustainable weighted bedding, she just couldn’t find any. That’s when she made a career pivot and started Bearaby with a mission of making natural, better sleep accessible to all.
