Josh spends a significant amount of his time working with Yotpo's customers and partners to understand both their needs and pertinent trends in the market. Prior to his current role, Josh was the co-founder and CEO of Swell, which under Yotpo's stewardship has become an industry-leading loyalty and referrals product.
