Joel Juday has been with Abercrombie & Fitch since 2015, hired to launch the company’s first branded DTC planning team at Hollister. Current responsibility for overseeing the merchandise planning teams for all brands (Abercrombie & Fitch, abercrombie kids, Hollister), focusing on growing the company’s digital business through product and inventory strategy, global expansion, and best in class omnichannel fulfillment capability. In 2018, A&F passed $1B in annual digital sales for the first time. Prior to A&F, Joel worked at Limitedtoo / Justice in varying roles across logistics, brick & mortar planning, and eCommerce. He holds a degree from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, specializing in Marketing and Logistics. In his free time you can find Joel at the lake with his wife and four children.
