Jim Richmond

Jim Richmond is currently the Vice President of eCommerce for Home Décor retailer Kirkland’s.  He is responsible for managing and growing a $100M+ eCommerce business including ownership of UX/UI, merchandising, analytics, vendor management, fulfillment, customer service and the associated IT road map.  He has 15 years of experience, leading eCommerce teams as a Business Owner, Product Manager and IT Program Manager, often wearing all three hats at the same time.  Prior to his current role he held leadership positions at both eBay and Target.com.  Jim focuses much of his time leveraging technology to provide great online and offline customer experiences in the retail space.  While at Target and now at Kirkland’s his teams have successfully delivered BOPIS, Ship from Store and Ship to Store fulfillment capabilities to over 2200 retail locations
