Jim Koepke serves as the Managing Director of Insider in North America. He is a digital marketing specialist having operated in the industry for nearly 20 years. Before leading Insiders growth in NA he built and led the GTM teams for Emarsys in North America prior to their acquisition by SAP. He started his career at ExactTarget in the early days of email marketing, continuing in numerous leadership roles with them and Salesforce after the acquisition. Insider is a Leader, as defined by Forrester and Gartner, in their most recent reports. Forrester’s Cross Channel Campaign Management Wave Report (For Independent Platforms) and Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Personalization indicates their technology is world class. However, it is their leading G2 scores and reviews where they have topped the charts 17 quarters in a row for Quality of Service, Ease of Implementation and Ease of Use, of which Insider is most proud.
