Her integrated approach puts the customer at the center of all decisions to achieve the ultimate Interior Define goal of “empowering originality for all.” Jill is recognized in the industry as a strategic leader with over 20-years of experience in sales and business development with a proven track record for driving growth and innovative customer experiences across the luxury home décor category. Prior to joining Interior Define, she spent five years as SVP of Customer Experience and Brand Marketing at Serena & Lily, and over a decade at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. overseeing a cross-brand Business Sales division and driving the development of new B2B revenue channels.
