As the head of eCommerce at Bliss, she’s responsible for all digital channels, end-to-end B2C customer experience as well as .com retailer properties for the brand. Jenna has led Bliss’ innovative new site redesign and a full fledged system overhaul during her year at the heritage beauty brand. As a beauty industry veteran of 12+ years, she’s worked for Dermstore (a subsidiary of Target) as the head of site merchandising and marketing programs, NYX Cosmetics along with multiple up-and-coming clinical and prestige brands during her career. As a graduate of FIDM, she combines creative strategy and data-first thinking to enhance all aspects of ecommerce for consumers.
